We ask that if you are unsure on what to book for, please either give us a call or book in for a consultation prior to when you are wanting an appointment.
Timing is a big factor with our services and we have tight scheduling of all appointments around what is booked in, and we may not have the time to accommodate any last minute service changes as it affects our smooth daily running of the salon, along with interfeiring with other clients appointments.
If booking online, Please use the “ADD ON” services AFTER you select your colour or beauty services.
Please do not just book anything, if you are unsure, please get in contact with us.
ALL of our service pricing is just an estimate starting price.
Exact pricing cannot and will not be given over the phone or via messaging.
We can give you an approximate price range on services and extra charges do apply for any extra length or thickness of the hair.
You are more than welcome to book in for a complimentary consultation.
ALL colours come with a Blow-dry, if you are wanting a haircut, go to the “ADD ON” menu in the online bookings and select haircut after the colour service.
ANY colours or waxing with more than 8-10 weeks of new growth will occur a small fee to cover the use of extra product usage.
We require a non-refundable 30% deposit of the service cost on ALL appointments with us to ensure the appointments are confirmed and to reduce no shows/last minute cancellations as it severely affects our business and staff.
The deposit gets deducted of the final bill on the day of your appointment.
All deposits are non refundable and can/will be reverted to a credit to your client account when required.
Any changes to your appointment can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment or reverted to a credit on your client account.
If you cancel the appointment within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, or fail to turn up to the appointment, your deposit will be charged as a cancellation/no show fee.
Your appointment time has been reserved for you, so we ask that you provide 24-48 hours notice of cancellation/changes to your appointment.
Any changes/cancellations within less than 24hrs of the allocated time or if you are more than 15 minutes late, or fail to turn up to the appointment time will result in loss of deposit.
Any changes/cancellations made within the time frame, deposit will be transferred to the new appointment or reverted to a client credit.
ALL reminders are sent 7 days & 48 hours prior to the appointment time, so there is plenty of time for you to give us notice.
We always want to provide you with the best service possible, so we please ask that you arrive on time to your appointment, allow extra time for parking or getting something to eat/drink etc.
If you are running late, this not only affects us, but it also affects other client appointments and is unfair on others to wait around. If you are 15 minutes or more late you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Please try to come to your appointment alone, we want the salon to be a relaxing environment for staff and clients and have minimal space for others to wait with you.
If you are at all feeling unwell, have any cough, cold/flu like symptoms (including COVID-19), we PLEASE ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment.
We cannot afford to be getting sick from clients and its unfair on our other clients as well if someone comes in sick.
We will do our best to accommodate another appointment time for you.
ALL of our staff have the right to REFUSE a service or appointment for any reason.

If you are unhappy with the service we have provided, please let us know within 7 days from your appointment, we will always work with you to rectify any problems, send us a message and we can book a consultation and work towards something for you.
If you chose to go to another salon prior to letting us look/rectify the issues we will not be able to offer you any resolutions.
We do NOT offer any free services for any change of mind.
We do NOT offer any refunds, the services were still provided, and time is money.
